These are Mom and Dad's wonderful intenerant tennants. I miss looking out the window and seeing these guys (or their friends or family) munching away in the backyard. I think its funny. I moved to the country and don't see deer wandering through my yard anymore. I do see some on occaision at Reba and Roy's. I actually got to see an entire family up there once.

Pearce Reaches a First
Two first actually. The little boy has officially beaten his Daddy's record of 9 months old for a first school concert attendance. He went to hear his cousins sing at there middle school dinner "concert". He handily beat the record by 4 whole months.
Also, super boy has one tooth showing above the gums and a few more right behind.

The Family Just Keeps Getting Bigger
'Tis the Season
Well, Randy tells us that they are doing the Mesiar on the 14th. We are doing the Lessoning and Caroling on that day as well at the Westminster PC. I myself am both stringing and ringing that day. I forget which pieces I am going to be playing. I really need to work on the piece I'm stringing. It has three flats and I don't like those. Well, I'm done for now (until I remember what I shall be playing)

What a Weekend
I had an Angio screen on Saturday. My carotids are beautifully clear. All the relative numbers were within the minimum range. Some were a little close to the top end of the minimum range; which I didn't really like. Oh, darn, I'm going to have to ride my bike a little more and walk around outside with Pearce a little more. Shucks!
Speaking of Pearce. He went to visit Mamaz and Papaz this Sunday and took Kristi and I along. He is begining to teeth I do believe. This means a little more up and down in the night while the teeth are cutting. Anyway what I was getting to is Pearce slept the entire way down from Rome to Roswell. Except at stop signs and stop lights. At these he would roll his head from one side of the car seat to the other, open his eyes, close them, and return to the land of sleep. Amazingly he did the same on the way back up.

Look at Me Stand Up and Play
Move It and Lose It
Lets Go Hiking Dad
I think my sister Jeannie rocks with the crazy ideas she has from time to time. Isn't this little backpack just the cutest thing you have ever seen next to Pearce that is. He wears that pack just right. It's perfect for carrying socks or other things little boys (or girls) might need.

At Last
I hope Obama realizes he has a responsibility that no other president since Washington has had. He will have to set precedents in his appointments. Will he maintain the current method of choosing or will he set new and different criteria. Many are afraid of what will "happen". Many are ecstatic that he is the President-elect. Some just expect him to be the President and don't think his ethnicity is all that important to how he runs the country. It will most definitely inform the decisions and the way he makes his decisions. The same as my ethnicity informs everything I do.
I have no idea how good or bad a President Obama will be. I do expect him to be better than Bush II. I expect a whole lot from the man. I expect him to have an empathy for others (within and without the country) no president has ever had before. I expect him to make sure his decisions benefit the people he wants to help.
The precedent I hope he will set is that business will be conducted in the usuall manner.
