Been a Long Time

I made pimento cheese this morning. It's been so long I had to look up the recipe on my "What's For Dinner" blog. There is no pimento cheese but Daddy's pimento cheese. Of course that means you take what Dad said and copy or embellish. Cause that's always what he did.
